Choose what your video becomes

New: pick an output when you upload a video or paste a YouTube link. Full document, concise notes, a study guide, or a deeper research report.
Concise notes link each point back to the moment in the video (a timestamp link for YouTube videos), plus further reading from the web.
Study guides give you a summary, key concepts with definitions, and review questions with answers. Research reports look up the topics in your video on the web and cite their sources.
Pricing: notes and study guides are the same $1.00/hour as a video document. Research is $2.00/hour because it includes web search.
Chat answers can now point to a short clip of the video, not just a single moment, so you can play exactly the part that answers your question.

Changed: making a finished document public now refunds everything you paid, not just part of it.
New: choose "Make this public" when you upload and the conversion is free. Public documents are permanent, so they can't be deleted afterwards.

New: Agents. Create an agent from your finished documents, pick its tools and skills, and chat with it. Documents are copied into the agent, so it keeps working after the originals expire.
Tools: search your documents, search the web, read a web page, research a topic, email you a result, or save it to Google Drive. Skills: meeting summarizer, study guide and quiz.
Agents remember earlier conversations: start a new one and it carries forward what mattered. You can see the memory and clear it any time. Free while it's in testing.

New: Live Research. Turn it on before you hit record and a side panel surfaces background info on whatever you're talking about, pulled from a live web search as the conversation happens.
Every note keeps its sources, collected into one deduped reference list instead of repeating the same link across topics.
Opt-in, and free while it's in testing. When you stop recording, the research sticks around as its own document right next to your transcript — nothing gets thrown away when the session ends.

New: Chat with your document. Turn it on for any finished video or audio document and ask it anything -- answers are grounded in what's actually in there, not guessed.
Every answer that comes from a specific moment links straight back to it, so you can replay that exact clip and confirm it yourself instead of taking our word for it.
A one-time fee per document, unlimited questions after that -- no subscription, same pay-as-you-go spirit as everything else here.

New: Public Showcase. Once a video finishes converting, opt the document in to go public and get a partial refund of what you paid, once it's reviewed and approved.
Approved submissions — the document and the original video both — are featured right on the homepage and stay public for good.

New: Live transcription. Hit record and get a speaker-tagged transcript as you talk — no file to upload, no waiting for it to process afterward.
Runs entirely on your device: speech recognition and speaker detection both happen right in your browser, and nothing but the transcript reaches Framewrite unless you choose to save the recording too.
When you stop, it's a document like any other — rename speakers, get an AI summary, export to Markdown/Word/PDF, or share a link, exactly like an uploaded audio transcript.

New: Video Gen. Upload a voiceover or podcast and Framewrite builds a video around it — a matched stock visual (or a clean gradient card when nothing fits) for every scene, an on-screen headline for each one, and your full narration burned in as captions.
Review every scene before it renders: edit any headline, or swap in a different visual, all before the final video gets put together.

Every finished document now renders right on the page, images and all, so you can see the result before choosing a format to download.
Turn on a public link for any finished document and anyone can view it -- no login, no download required.

Got a video sitting on YouTube? Drop the link in instead of downloading and re-uploading the file yourself — Framewrite pulls it in directly and hands back the same transcript, speaker labels, and formatted document.

Audio transcripts now identify every speaker automatically. Give them real names once, and it shows up everywhere — the document, the JSON export, and a live, color-coded transcript view that shows who's talking and for how long.
Every transcript also opens with a short, AI-written summary, so you know what was said before you read a single line of the full thing.
